Our Miranda chiropractors have been serving the community for nearly 30 years, offering care for patients from a few hours old to over 90 years young. Dr Ian Edwards started Unwind Health MIranda in 2010 in order to provide the kind of personalised, comprehensive care our team believes every practice member deserves. At Unwind Health, our goal is to get to know our patients so that we can help them achieve their own unique healthcare goals—whether that's getting out of pain, moving better or maximising their overall potential.
In addition to chiropractic care for all ages, we offer a broad range of services to give you the care and tools you need to make the most of life. Therapies like cold laser, dry needling and rehab exercises help promote healing in the body. Functional Orthotics can help create or restore proper posture. Naturopathy and functional nutrition address the importance of proper eating to create the foundation for a healthy body.

Our practice opened in 2010 in order to provide the kind of personalised, comprehensive care our team believes every patient deserves.
Focusing on helping patients achieve their full potential, we have extensive training in many chiropractic techniques. We also have a keen interest in educating patients about the importance of nutrition, exercise and natural approaches to healthcare to create optimal health at any age.
Since 2010, our team has grown and includes chiropractors Dr Ian Edwards, Dr Terri Anne Kayrouz and Dr Alisa Edwards, as well as our team of Naturopaths.
