Medicare Rebates

If your bank details are registered with Medicare, rebates can be processed instantly via EFTPOS. Otherwise, you can claim online using your receipt.

A valid Medicare card is required at the time of your appointment.

Practice Information

Appointments
Standard consultations are 10–15 minutes. Longer appointments are available on request. Same-day urgent appointments are available where possible.
Missed Appointments
A minimum of 3 hours’ notice is required for cancellations. A $50 non-attendance fee applies otherwise.
Waiting Times
While we aim to run on time, delays may occur due to urgent or emergency cases. We appreciate your understanding.
Results
Please book a follow-up appointment to discuss test results. Patients will be contacted if urgent follow-up is required.
Home Visits
Available at the doctor’s discretion.
Scripts, Referrals & Medical Certificates
An appointment is required for prescriptions, referrals, and medical certificates. Certificates cannot be backdated.
Privacy & Confidentiality
Your medical records are confidential and managed in accordance with Australian privacy legislation.
Referrals & Costs
Some referred services (pathology, imaging, specialists) may incur out-of-pocket costs. Our staff will advise where possible.

Doctors aim to respond within 24 hours. For urgent matters, please call the practice.
Reminder System
We use reminder systems for screenings and follow-ups. Please inform us if you wish to opt out.
Continuity of Care
We encourage patients to see their preferred GP whenever possible.
Health Information Access
Requests for medical records require a form and fee:

$30 (registered post)
Interpreter Services
Interpreter services are available via the Translating and Interpreting Service (TIS). Please request at booking.
